Lucky's IV Nails

Prices are too high and they don’t sterilize their equipment after each use. The previous owners kept the place up! All of their worker’s have left, and they charge for everything which gives their (1) worker no room to receive a tip. This place has gone down! Service and cleanliness is not a priority at this place.

The previous owner was great. Now they reuse nail files that are very nasty looking. The metal tools they use when doing pedicures are not sanitized AT ALL. I witnessed a lady being cut while getting a pedicure and tools weren’t sanitized and the area was not bleached. The nail tech was about to use the same tools on me. I asked her to change the tools out and she kept trying to tell me they were different. I asked to see the tools before she begin and there was blood on the scraper. So needless to say I didn’t get a pedicure from this shop ever again. When I tried to complain to her son (the owner) he didn’t want to hear it, he flagged me. The services rendered were great but they need to bring in an exterminator. There was a roach scaling the wall and flies constantly landing on me and others. The place is clean so I'm not sure why the bugs are there.

I go there all the time and the service is quick and the staff/stylists are so nice to me and my family. All genders could come there and not be judged. Service was always within 3-5 minutes even on busy days. This is the only salon I go to the service is so great I will never change what salon I go to. Even your 6 year old or older child or sibling can go there and get treated like a adult. I really love this place and I hope you do too. 😀😀😀😘

They got roaches I was about to charge my phone on they extension cord by the eyebrow spot and seen multiple little roaches on the cord and took myself somewhere else how does a nail salon have roaches? I’ll never return back it’s probably little roach balls inside of the wax probably the reason my eyebrows used to itch everytime I got them done there they never itched at any other nail salon smh
