Went for a haircut. I wanted shoulder length with layers and curtain bangs. I was not happy with the results, it looked very choppy and the bottom was very uneven. There were places that still had long pieces of hair (I wish I had taken better pictures.) I called to let them know and they told me to go back and they would fix it. They told me it looked like that because of the "layers". A different stylist cut my hair to fix it but all she did was comb my hair back and cut straight across.

I forgot the name of the hair stylist that attended me but hands down, best salon in the area. Her chair is the first one when you walk in on the right. I came in pretty close to closing time and was still seen and got rollers done which I appreciate. She trimmed my ends really well, my hair is so bouncy. I thought I was going to need flat ironing at the end but her blow drying skills were phenomenal. Thank you again, will definitely be coming back! 🩷

I was waiting to get my hair done (left before I could) long wait and this part is not their fault. What I will say is that as a Dominican woman hearing how they spoke about people of color was disgusting. I would never want to get my hair done by these women.
