PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING! The positive Google reviews has to be strictly from family and friends because this hands down was the WORST braids I’ve ever gotten in my LIFE!🙈 ( $200 Fulani braids) Pros: ✅ Hair was included, worked VERY fast, and didn’t braid tight. Cons:🚩 Non refundable $65 deposit plus remaining payment before service started. 🚩Only had a small handheld mirror to show me my hair after she was done braiding. 🚩When I showed her pictures of the “left leaning middle part” and uneven braids she NEVER admitted fault or apologized. 🚩I returned to the store and she ended up CHANGING the entire cornrow pattern that I had originally asked/paid for so it would be easier for her(also didn’t tell me she was changing it she just did it without my knowledge) (pics below) 🚩I told her prev

I had a great experience with Lucy Hair Braiding. Lucy was professional, efficient, and paid attention to detail. My parts were very clean, and my Knotless Boho Braids came out beautiful. The braids weren’t too tight, and I had no tenderness—I was able to put my hair up right away. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for quality braiding. Her store also carries a wide variety of beauty supplies, so it’s worth stopping in even if you’re not getting your hair done.😊

I really enjoyed my visit and service at Lucy's. She has a lovely 😍 store, and she was very professional and down to earth! She did an excellent job on my hair, beautiful quality work and she was very well with communication. I received a twist style, waist length which took her only about 4 hours. I will definitely be returning.

Since moving to Greensboro, Lucy has braided my hair at least 4 times. She is fast and very professional. Her shop is clean and filled with love. No bad spirits. Lucy and her husband are amazing people. Please give Lucy Beauty Supply and Braiding a chance. You will not be disappointed.

I’m glad others had a better experience than me. I booked for small traditional box braids with curly/wavy ends butt length, was quoted $250. Let’s just say, small is NOT what I got. Even asked for partial refund but she refused. Oh all the braids should have been 1b but she definitely used some brown for like 5-10 braids. Her braids are nice just not what I asked for & unwilling to accommodate.
