Kim is a beast on the nail designs, I love the friendly environment. Great customer service so far❤️ plus their nails last a month or longer for cheaper prices.

I thoroughly my experience. My tech, Kim, was very meticulous, considerate, and attentive. I've had a hard time finding another great nail salon since I moved and this place instantly became one of my favorites. Plus, the pricing is very reasonable. I'd happily visit again and I highly recommend Kim be requested.

The girl that works here has no customer service skills. I tried to talk to her but she said nothing to me. She speaks English. Her son was there and she was getting on to him the whole time and threw a file at him. Being a mother myself it was upsetting. Normally I over tip, I tipped nothing. It felt that I was a bother that she had to do my nails. The man that did my pedi was very nice and did a good job. I’m not exactly happy with the job she did. I will not be back! As I said, being a mother, that was upsetting.

Wonderful service and quality of work. Great prices- better than you’ll Find anywhere in Jackson area. Sometimes a little slow because they truly take time to do it right. Worth the wait.
