Lucy is rude and unprofessional I went Friday to show her what my daughter wanted for graduation made an appointment for Monday for a specific color she said she could do it my daughter wasn’t happy with the color so I called her up on the job number and explain to her that my daughter is not happy with the color cause it’s not the color we showed her on the picture she wants to start yelling at me on the phone and tell me that me and my daughter are driving her crazy. who tells their customers whose paying 200 dollars for a service that we driving her crazy cause I told her the color it’s not what we showed her and that my daughter wasn’t happy with the color. the first picture is what my daughters ask for the second picture is what my daughter comes out the salon definitely not t

Lucy was recommended by my coworker Evelyn. I have been coming to her ever since. Not every week because I do my own hair, but when I want to treat myself and my family. She is my first choice. My hair comes out great, no problems, no disappointments. Lucy is not a rude lady she is very sweet she will tell you if she can't do the style or if she can do it, like when my daughter wanted a certain hair style she did it. All the lady's are nice but I honestly prefer her to do my hair I really have no complaints. If Lucy is not available, there is another lady who is also great her name, I believe, is Madeline, the third chair, I believe.

I went to Lucy’s yesterday and requested that the owner do my hair. I needed color, highlights, cut and blow dry. I showed her specific pictures that depicted the color I wanted in my roots and other colors I wanted for the rest of my hair. I was very specific that I did NOT want ash blonde. I was also specific as to the color of my roots…not dark dark brown. The end result was exactly opposite of my specific request. My roots are an abrupt dark brown with very distinct lines where the other hair starts and the other hair is completely ASH BLONDE completely. No highlights at all. I wanted coppers, light browns and blonde. Sooooo disappointed. $175 later and tears!! Now I have to spend more money someplace else to fix what she did. There was no language barriers. Lucy's salon is Schick. They do good work and blow out the hair very straight. The workers are very nice so is the owner.
