I have never had a facial before. A dear friend gave this to me as a gift. I was nervous about the experience, but to my surprise it was wonderful! Grace is very warm and makes you feel comfortable. The staff at LUMI was amazing. I had the dermaplane facial with Hope. She was so sweet! I enjoyed the conversation, and I loved the atmosphere. I am a mom of three, so having a chance to relax and be pampered was so nice, and LUMI is just the place to do it! Very very clean facility. So cute and welcoming. The music and even the aroma is so relaxing. They have thought through every detail to make your experience the best it can be, and that is clear to see. Highly recommend. The location also is so great— after you are finished getting pampered, you can visit all of the other local shops around to continue to enjoy your day. LOVED my experience.

All LUMI staff are welcoming and very involved in making sure you are satisfied with your care. Megan W. NP did an excellent job at making me feel comfortable throughout my appointment and her injecting skills are fabulous.
