Emma is so fantastic at what she does. My eyes are too sensitive for lash glue so we do regular lash tints & lifts instead of extensions. They make such an improvement on the look of my natural lash as well as giving me no symptoms. Her work is so great and she is such a sweet soul. Always look forward to our appointments!

I went to Lumi to get my eyebrows threaded & what a pleasant experience it was! Emma was lovely and so very friendly. She did a fantastic job, I’m obsessed with how they turned out. Took no more than 15 minutes which is perfect for a busy bee such as myself. Definitely will be going here for all my eyebrow needs, among other things! The environment is clean, and has beautiful natural light with a cute retail section. There was no pressure to buy anything on top of the service which was appreciated! Although I am sure all the ladies in there have all the knowledge to inform you of making a purchase should you want to. Cute place with friendly people, my type of place. If you live in Bend or just here to visit, I highly recommend seeing Emma for all the beauty things!

Emma is absolutely top notch. Been getting extensions for years, and she's the real deal. I prefer natural/slight volume. She had professional consultation and found a perfect look that I loved on our first appointment. She offers changes to how my lashes look based on my needs as well. Highly recommend.
