Luminous Nails

By far the worst experience I’ve ever had. I went in to get a manicure. I had gel on my nails so the gel needed to be removed. The guy took off some of the gel and proceeded with the manicure. Initially I told him that I just want a regular manicure with clear. When he said he was done, I still had gel on my nails and he never even put the clear polish on. I had to make him go back over my nails to remove the rest of the gel in which the gel is still on. I will not recommend this place to anyone.

This was the worst nail salon I ever went to. I was not happy with this place they are the meanest people you would ever meet. And they push and push and push people to get their brows waxed. There was this older women getting her nails done and the nail tech keep rudely pushing her trying to convince her to get her brows done. And you could tell she didn’t want them done and the lady just kept going and going. And the bathroom is literally disgusting. They was pee all over the sit and dust like crazy. Nasty place looks cheap and there products are awful and cheap.

First I walk in and ask the lady at the desk if they do the gel builder instead of acrylic she ask the lady sitting next to the desk and she says yes I asked for me and my daughters and the lady at the desk which was the one sitting at the left hand side all the way at the end. Then they sit my daughter with a guy and I let him know my daughter is getting tips with the gel builder he continues to only due a manicure then they sit me next to the lady that I spoke to and when the person comes I told her can you let him know my daughter want tips with gel builder she start arguing and saying she said she could only do the gel builder on me and not my daughter I tell her you did not say that and I didn’t even spoke to you I spoke to the other lady. She continued to be argumentative and on top

The worst experience I’ve had!!! Just got my nails done and this is what they look like . I went back to have them fixed and they told me that they don’t know what I want them to do. And that she thinks they looks good.. question does this look good to you? Don’t know her name but it’s the lady in chair #1. 10 out of 10 do not recommend!

Worst pedicure I’ve ever had. The guy didn’t even clean/ cut my cuticle or file my toe nails. The pictures don’t even do justice but the paint job is horrible also. Decent pricing but now I see why. Never again
