This spa is incredible. Not only for the experience and the results of the treatments, but for the incredible people that work there. As soon as you walk in you are greeted by a smile and friendly face of Carley, offering a beverage while you wait. Now, I'm not familiar with the other ladies too much but you're always greeted by a smile and a friendly hello, not fake, genuine. My favorite person is Jamie, my treatment specialist. Proffesional and thorough at what she does, also a friend who listens to your stories and company I thoroughly enjoy. I bought a 10 session package which is incredibly worth every penny. The treatment was very good, but the sales and cancellation experience was not. After my visit I was pressured into a larger financed package and later told it was nonrefundable because I used CareCredit. I contacted the Florida Attorney General’s Office, the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, and CareCredit directly and was able to resolve it and recover my funds. If you are told you have no options, verify that independently and act quickly.
