I love the service here! Calm environment, clean, and comforting! I love how available they are and willing to adjust your lashes to whatever you need. My lashes still look full after 2+ weeks and I can’t wait to go back!

Obsessed with my lashes 😍 They came out PERFECT full, fluffy, and exactly what I asked for. They feel super light and last really well. This is by far one of my favorite sets I’ve gotten. 10/10 recommend!

I’ve been to Luna Lash & Brows twice for lash extensions. The atmosphere is lovely, and the customer service was good, especially the receptionist, who was really accommodating. The lash techs who did my lashes were professional and did a nice job both times. Overall, I had a good experience, and the lashes turned out well! Would definitely recommend !

I really didn’t want to write this review, because I truly believe mistakes happen and I don’t want to punish anyone for what could be a reaction specific to my skin. That said, after seeing another reviewer describe a very similar experience, I felt it was important to share this as a cautionary note and potential learning moment. I usually get my eyebrows waxed and tinted at a trusted place in Greenpoint, but I was in the area and decided to try this salon as a walk-in. I had my brows waxed first and then tinted. The wax went fine, I did notice more sensitivity after but nothing I was too alarmed about. During the tint, my skin started to burn. After 10 mins when the tint was removed, it felt extremely abrasive — almost like sandpaper across my eyelids. It burned so badly I jerked my he
