Updating to one star - only 10 days after my $150 manicure and Ive lost two nails from one hand. All the chrome is chipped. This should NOT happen with gel xtension. Please avoid this place. Terrible value for your money. good environment, pedicure was ok. only fo here if youre doing simple designs on natural nails. anything like gel x or special designs - go somewhere else. I paid $50 extra dollars for a design (chrome french) that started chipping off the next morning. my first artist couldnt even execute it and had to trade with a different artist - its a pretty simple design and shouldnt be chipping off at all. I had such an amazing experience here the other week. I came in for a manicure and pedicure and both were done beautifully. I decided to try cat-eye polish on my nails since it was my birthday and it turned out absolutely stunning. I cant stop looking at them! The whole experience was relaxing and enjoyable, and I will definitely be returning

My experience was great! Quiet, calm, clean and no wait time. Also got offered something to drink like water or tea. Got a gel pedicure and loved the way it came out. Will be back for manicure. Atmosphere is calming and highly recommend.

Went originally to their sister shop up the road, Gates Beauty lounge, because I needed to fix my broken toe nail and too long acrylic nails, but their sister shop doesn't have the capability to do acrylics, so they sent me to Luna Nail Lounge. It's only a few blocks further, so I didn't mind. They did a fantastic job on my broken toenail and color matching. It only looks off when compared to the other big toe. Sonny was my nail tech and she did a great job on my finger nails too. I also decided to get a 20 min chair massage and that was so worth the money omg. Melted my stress and I almost fell completely asleep. The whole experience was wonderful and I will definitely be back!

I’ve been a customer of this nail salon for a few years now but the last time I was there, the woman doing my manicure was so aggressive with the way she touched my hands and literally pulled my arms, it was insulting. I was a second away from getting up and walking out. I haven’t been back since and not sure I’ll return. Previous to that, I found the services to be fine for the price and good for this neighborhood.
