I chose this salon only after clearly confirming that the requested style and color could be achieved, supported by multiple reference photos. Despite these assurances, the final result was completely different from what was agreed upon. I raised concerns multiple times during the service, but they were dismissed and the service continued anyway. After the service, no reasonable solution or fair price adjustment was offered. Based on my experience, the service did not meet professional expectations or what was promised. Stilist is not professional in her field. Look at the pictures I showed her and what she has done.

I had Vivienne for my hairdresser and she was amazing. Cut and colored my hair. Love the aesthetic of the salon, made it feel comfortable. 🌿 The scalp massage and steamed towel topped the whole experience off. 🍒 10/10 recommending to all my friends and family!

Vivienne is the absolute BEST hairstylist I have ever had! She does a perfect job with my hair color and highlights! She has some skills when comes to styling too! I wish I could get the curls & waves in my hair that Vivienne does all with just a blow dryer & brush! She TRULY is the BEST!
