I love my hair! Hands down to Victoria she did a great job shampooing and drying my hair! I asked her not to braid my hair tight and to leave my edges out and she did what I requested! My first visit and I had a phenomenal experience! Smedium knotless braids!

Over the past year and a half, I’ve been a regular customer at this establishment with my two daughters and my mother. However, the past couple of months have been quite disappointing. Recently, I had to wait almost three hours for a stylist to come in. The person seated on the right side of the shop is consistently rude and unpleasant. They frequently arrive late, which results in extended wait times for me. On one occasion, I had to wait for about three to four hours because I urgently needed my hair styled for an out-of-town event. The most distressing incident occurred when I accidentally left an AirPod in the shop. When I returned home at 8:00 PM, I realized I had forgotten it there. I spent about 10 hours in the chair but the braids were nice. The pieces of hair I had coming out of my braids kept falling out little by little everyday after but I dunno if that could have been fixed. I'd go back though, maybe just to get a different style and bigger braids so the process doesn't take as long. The staff was nice and I also like that they provide the hair, unless you want something extra.
