Lush Lash Bar

I have been with Laila for almost ten years. I have followed her from Dallas to Salem to Stayton. I currently drive 65 miles twice a month for my fills just for Laila! The services she provides are not just exceptional, but she is a beautiful and caring person inside AND outside. She’s more than my lash lady. She is my therapist. She has a way of making all stress fade away. She’s my sounding board and she has a keen way of making me feel like more than just a client. 10000/10 recommend Lush Lash Bar!! All around the best services I’ve received ever hence why I drive so far for the quality I receive.

I did lashes with them a while back then I decided to give my lashes a break. I called 3 weeks ago and the lady that picked up said I’ll text you for an open appointment because we don’t have appointments today. I kept waiting for her to text me but never heard from her again. I decided to give them a second chance and called again today to see if they are available and the lady who picked up hung up abruptly and rudely after she said she’s not at the Salon currently and I asked okay who can I call to book an appointment? This bad customer service is the reason why I’m leaving this review and I will never go to this salon for anything. Whatever you do and however you do it does not matter if you treat customers like shit. This is bad business.

Exceeds expectations and very flexible if needing to change appointment times. I’ve never been disappointed with the outcome of my lashes . Always looking fabulous. Laila is super friendly and makes you feel very comfortable. I’ve been going to her for years now. Highly recommended!
