Ly did a fantastic job on my nails today. I have been coming to Lush Nail for over 5 years. I am always happy with my finished product. Highly recommend.

CiCi did my lashes just like I wanted them to look! She is professional and nice. They look natural but still full!! I am very happy with my experience and service❤️ And my nails look amazing.

First, and LAST time visiting. Can’t express how disappointed I am in the blatant lack of customer service. I was the only black customer in here and felt completely uncomfortable. The woman doing my nails asked me where I was from and I told her I just moved up from midtown. She then asked me if I have a job (Why because Alpharetta is mostly Caucasian and you think I can’t afford to live up here?) in which I stated yes I do. On top of her lack of people skills, her nail work was subpar. My nails were supposed to be almond shaped and she had to redo 1 nail 3 times before another tech had to come fix it. My nails are SUPER thin, barely any acrylic. Even the woman trying to fix the mess she had told her this. When she finally finished her less then stellar work, she told me I could go sit a

I drive over an HOUR each way to come and see Linda, the owner, at Lush! She is amazing. I wanted some fun nails for my trip to Disney, but I am a pretty plain person so this is what we did! I love them. It’s clean, and everyone is so nice!

Update: The owner was kind and invited me back to the salon to have my nails fixed. She redid my entire set, and I love the result! I truly appreciate the care and professionalism the salon provided. I had my acrylic nails done just a few days ago, and they’re already lifting. Unfortunately, they weren’t shaped or filed properly, and the overall quality feels quite poor. While the technician was very kind, I was not satisfied with the nails she did. Given the high prices charged at this salon, I expected a much better standard of work, so I’m disappointed.
