Lush Nail Bar-Halcyon

Unfortunately, I won’t be coming back to this place. I went in for a manicure and pedicure, and the woman who did my nails over-buffed them to the point where they became bendable. I normally have strong, healthy nails that are hard to break and could easily open things. After getting them done here, they’re now weak, with visible lines in the gel where my nails have actually broken underneath. It honestly feels like this was done intentionally to get me to come back more often—but I definitely won’t be returning. To respond to the owner: This is not an accurate characterization of my experience. My nails normally grow out within approximately three weeks. It is now December 24th, When I got this done during the first week of November for a conference, and they are only halfway grown out

This was my first time visiting Lush Nail Salon, and my nails were done by Amy. They turned out amazing! I really appreciate how patient she was, and the results looked exactly like the inspo picture I showed. Definitely coming back again.

When I found out my favorite nail tech, Kevin, had moved to a new shop, there was no hesitation—I followed him! Sure, I have to travel a little farther now, but it’s so worth it. Kevin has been my go-to nail tech for over three years, and he never misses. Not only is he incredibly talented, but he’s also an absolute delight to chat with every visit. The new shop itself is beautiful, neatly divided between a relaxing pedicure side and a chic manicure side. Everyone I’ve encountered there is professional, friendly, and welcoming, which adds to the experience. My girlfriend went to this location here, and I pretty much pay for her to get nails done every so often. We have been here quite a few times, and just recently my girlfriend went in asking for the black and purple aura nails. The tech said she could do it and when they were adding the purple powder it didn’t show in the black, and they tried many ways to make it work and the tech couldn’t do anything about it. My girlfriend asked if a different color would help, and the tech said it would be best with white and it would look good. They never mentioned that they would charge 2X for her to change it after the tech made the mistake of not saying it wasn’t possible for them to do it. The tech said they looked good when they obviously don’t. They ended up changing the color but it looks horren
