Lush Nail Bar Moreland

I’m giving Lush Nail Bar on Moreland Avenue five stars. My first visit didn’t go exactly as planned—the first nail tech is a great artist, but my nails just weren’t what I had envisioned. I called and spoke with Dorothy, and she was very understanding and professional. She invited me to come back the next day, really listened to my vision, and executed it beautifully. I truly appreciated the customer service and willingness to make things right. I’ll definitely be back!

I came for a fill in and shape change. I absolutely love my nails and my tech Day was super professional and friendly. The atmosphere is clean and chic, and I will definitely be back. The appt was over in a timely manner, she checked to make sure I approved the whole time, and I enjoyed her conversation. I can tell she’s really into her craft and I love that for her! Definitely ask for Day!

I’ve been disappointed in the service received the last few times visiting this nail shop. In the middle of my service, the nail tech stopped in the middle of my service to do a full manicure on someone else. Today I had an appointment for 10am. It is now 10:35, and I was told no one out of the four people here could start on my nails. I’ve been coming here for years and have seen every person in this shop do nail sets and I am being told they only do pedicures this morning. Customer service isn’t as great as it used to be. As a customer, we have to be understanding and mindful of their time. Showing up for appointments on time but that simply is not reciprocated. You all have got to do better.

Honestly .. i NEVER write google reviews .. but this place is my safe haven when it comes to nail shops. the service, the quality and also prices are alway great ! please take my review into consideration i wouldn't steer you wrong! P.S. Tammy on my toes and Dorothy on my nails ! 🫶🏼

I’ve been driving across town for two years to this location. I’ve been flexible for cancellations, appointment adjustments, and late arrivals. Service is hit or miss and I felt a possible personality difference for awhile with the nail tech. I kept coming because I’m a creature of habit. I also only come once a month which shouldn’t count against me but I felt it was a problem for the nail tech. Long story short, my message to the owners is, a patron of your shop can FEEL energy whether it’s warm or not. I don’t speak your language but I CAN FEEL the tone in such a close setting and body language tells a story that switching languages can’t camouflage. I left today clear that I’d never return.
