Now called Family Nails and Spa. Best pedicure I’ve had in a long time. My feet are as soft as baby skin and my nails came out perfect. It was a very relaxing experience and I loved their set up with the option of watching TV right in front of you. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Overall a 10/10 and will definitely be bringing my mother here ❤️❤️

I believe it’s now named Family Nail & Spa. So I’ve been going here for almost a year now, and I can’t think of one complaint. I know everyone will have their own experience, but mine has been excellent. 👌🏼 I usually call to make an appointment ahead of time, and right when I arrive they’re ready to take me. I feel comfortable when I’m there, it’s a nice ambiance, plus..Starbucks is right next door 🙌🏼. They have a few techs there that can do designs, but not many of them can from what I’ve seen, but that’s okay! They still deliver, and will listen to what you want👌🏼 Today, I was especially impressed with the girl who did my nails,her name was Anna. Upon arrival I was told 20 minutes, after waiting almost an hour and attempting to walk out the door I was finally seated I needed a fill so the first man came to remove my polish and didn't remove all of the previous black from my nail which I didn't care too much about because I wasn't trying to be nitpicky. Then the second man came he was the one who did my fell once I told him what shape I wanted he ignored me and did what he wanted to do after he finished I had him go back and fix them and I told him they were too thin and I knew this because the acrylic was thinner than my actual nail underneath but again he ignored me. Had a manicure and Pedicure on Wednesday by Friday morning this is what my nails looked like. When they started peeling Thursday, I stopped and by and asked for my money back. They would not refund my money, however they did offer to fit the nails. I could stay because of leaving to go to a family event. Very disappointed in quality and customer service.

Lindsay is absolutely the best! After years of searching for a consistent nail tech, Lindsay never disappoints. My nails always used to crack and fall off before I was ready for a fill, but since going to Lindsay, I don’t have that issue anymore. She remembers how I like my nails and it’s always a great experience going to see her!
