I’ve been coming to Luster for my manicures for 6 years. Jenny is the best!! She has been very helpful when it comes time to picking out polish color and shape. Jenny specializes in nails. Jenny is absolutely amazing!! Her designs are always perfection and exactly like any inspo photo I provide. She always goes above and beyond with shaping, design, and everything in between. Not to mention always great conversation. I’ve been seeing her for 6 years for good reason!! If you’re coming in I definitely recommend booking her if she’s available!!

DO not go here, UNCURED GEL & infection on the skin. It all started my appointment before this when the gel two days after my appointment was uncured and I went in to go fix it but I didn’t realize that some of the other fingers could have uncured gel. The most recent appointment was the final straw with me and luster as someone who has been a costumer for over 4 years and have referred so many friends and family here. I went in on Friday December 12th, and got very quick and abrasive service, Cathy was drilling aggressively and when I said I wanted to take off all the hard gel and start with fresh nails she did not want to do that, it’s fine but she was hurting my cuticles. I absolutely love this nail salon! All of the workers are so friendly, welcoming, and truly great at what they do. My daughter and I both love coming here — they always make us feel comfortable and taken care of. Recently, they accidentally overcharged me for a service, and I didn’t even notice. The next time I came in, they let me know and told me I had a credit on my account. I was so impressed by their honesty. It’s rare to find such genuine, trustworthy people these days. Highly recommend this place!

I came here before a special event and wanted a clean, elegant set of nails. The salon did an amazing job delivering exactly what I needed. The technician paid close attention to my preferences and gave helpful suggestions without being pushy. I really liked her communication style clear, calm, and professional. The cuticle work was precise, and the shaping was symmetrical. The polish looked extremely smooth and dried beautifully. The salon environment was peaceful, with soft music and a clean scent.
