Luu Nails

I have always had such a great experience at Luu Nails with Ben! He is incredibly talented, patient, and pays so much attention to detail. My nails always come out exactly how I want, clean, precise, and absolutely beautiful. The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing, and you can tell they truly care about their work and their clients. My nails always last so well.

I never leave reviews, but I’m really disappointed in the way these turned out!! The few times I have went here, they’ve always done a great job! However this time around I just felt very rushed and it wasn’t busy at all, or even remotely close to closing time!! The first picture is what I asked for, and the next two pictures is what I got!!

If I could give zero stars I would. Disrespectful and rude, they talk very rudely about clients in front of them in another language, they need to be careful on what they say, you don’t know who knows the language. The art was terrible looked like my 10 year old niece did the art, went back and asked for a redo and that I was unhappy they talked meanly to each other about me, then he redid the nail refused to do the art when the website shows they do art, thankfully one artist stepped up to redo the awful Minnie Mouse. She was the only nice one there, they figured out I knew what they were saying and turned the radio on to continue to talk very mean and poorly of me while I sat there. Every time I have gone here they let walk ins go ahead of my scheduled appointments, which leads to me waiting 1 hour or longer. The most recent time I went I had an appointment scheduled with Ben, and Tony still placed me with a different nail tech who absolutely botched my nails. I was still charged a full price and had to go to a different salon to get the polish drilled off of my nails and to get them reshaped. I use to love going here, but no longer want to return due to the past few visits going the way they did. Absolutely do not recommend to anyone.

Every time I come here I get the same person and he Denver listen to what I want done to my nails. He does my nails really nice at the same time doesn’t listen to the shape I want the color or design! I asked for a gold chrome and I got red with silver chrome never wha I wanted and they’re very rude! When I go to say something they yell at you as if they’re paying for your nails to done!
