I was referred to Daisy, she was so friendly, made me feel comfortable & welcomed. She made sure I was before leaving her chair, double checking if I liked the color & shape of my nails. She offered me a glass of wine during my service which was thoughtful & sweet.

UPDATE: Even if I told him that I didn’t like my nails straight up, why would it have mattered? He wouldn’t have wanted to fix them anyways! Also, if there was a system mistake and he knew he couldn’t fit me in, he should’ve told me in the beginning when I kept asking him was he able to do it, so I could know whether or not to find someone else. But, instead of being honest and giving me that choice, I was left in the dark thinking that my time slot was saved specifically for me. So, I spent my money on something I didn’t like because I didn’t have time to go get them fixed even if I wanted to because my time was taken up by these nails. I did not like my service at all. I absolutely love my nails. I moved to Little Rock in August and have been looking for a nail tech. Hannah did my nails, Daisy did my toes and they both did such an amazing job. The salon is gorgeous, everything is clean and updated. I highly recommend and will definitely be back!

I scheduled a head spa at this location for President's Day to rejuvenate after a busy season at work. I like hair play ASMR and was interested to see if I could enjoy that experience in person — the Luv Nails head spa appointment with Jenni did not disappoint! The head spa room is quiet & relaxing with a water feature to provide a soothing trickling water sound. Afterward I felt completely relaxed & my nervous system soothed! Would recommend to anyone for a grounding, soothing experience.

We call this professional? Do your self a favor and find a real salon. My 10 y/o niece could do a better pedicure than this. Lady was holding her phone to her ear the entire time and even cut the top of my foot & didn’t apologize. No. Instead looked at me telling me “I’m good” and I leave paying $180 for this disgrace. I wouldn’t trust this establishment even if they offered to fix it for free (which should’ve been the case after they willingly destroyed the integrity of my nails). I’m so ashamed I gave them the opportunity to correct their mistake ensuring nail repair as they did the complete opposite. Don’t walk, RUN out this store.
