Lux Nail & Bar

I come to lux nail often for pedis and always receive great service. The woman who did my pedi- Lily was so sweet and gave extra care. I enjoyed the cute little claw machine they have as well ! Lily & Brian were so sweet to let me play a round and I won two stuffies!

My daughter got a kid Manny Petty, $29 I got a French tip full set $100 Extra $20 for length is crazy! All together $120 for both of us Nothing fancy about the set simple French tip. Over charging is crazy and I had to tell my tech how to Achieve the color that I wanted SMH 🤦🏻‍♀️ I really like the environment of the nail shop. I really hate that they overcharged me. I definitely won’t be returning

I got my nails done on Dec. 20 around 2:00. The nails on the right hand started popping off around 2:00 on Dec. 24. I glued it back on, but it wouldn’t stay. Then I lost another nail on the 25th, the 26th, and on the 27th I lost two. Of course, I have a million things to do other than get nails fixed at Christmas. I go back in today, show I have one nail left on my right hand, and am missing one on the left hand. I show my receipt. The person at the front desk says if you can wait a few minutes, the person who did them will redo all of those over for you. At the end, I’m handed a $25 charge. Even the front desk attendant when I hand the ticket to him to pay seems taken off guard, but accepts my payment. I’m not going back. That’s terrible customer service. I actually wouldn’t mind paying

Intentionally lies to customers. I’ve been in 3 times, and every time it’s something different. They come and show you the color in the bottle before they get started so you can ‘agree.’ The first time it wasn’t even in the same ballpark. Maybe an honest mistake but it was still a commotion. The second time I wasn’t super worried because I was going out to the country - who cares. The end result was far from perfect but I dealt with it. The third time, I told them I was going to a wedding, that I’m really rough on my nails, and they upcharged me $10 for ‘cat eye’ but just gave me two coats of gold glitter- not cat eye. The guy knew what he was doing, too. He kept talking up how pretty this color was. By the time I noticed, I had too much to do to leave town and just dealt with it. But i
