Lux Nail Spa

Literally the worst $50 I’ve ever spent. Man that did my nails was very much rough and acted aggravated that I wanted dip. They’re super thick and bulky, shapes are off, and they look like I’ve went and scraped them on concrete because you can see the filing marks from where he just covered it with the top coat. Had them 3 days and already are chipping and polish is soft/doesn’t feel cured completely. Super disappointing since I’ve seen the good work that they do here..😞

Made an appointment yesterday for 11am today “ walk ins welcome , appointments appreciated “ so thought I’d help out. I was greeted and let them know I had one . No one even started my nails until over an hour later . A woman who came in shortly after me, even left. Finally, the tips were glued on and suddenly the nail tech left to do a woman’s eyebrows . She came back after 5-10 minutes and asked to see my inspo pic again , which in my opinion , doesn’t quite look like my nails at the moment …. Too short , she didn’t do silver for the sparkles , she did holographic instead because she wanted to I guess? and it’s not even as covered on the nails as I wanted . They’re uneven , bumpy , and 2 nails are super crooked ! This was my first time here, and my first time getting my nails done in ove

Very happy with the entire experience! The salon is beautiful. I was a walk-in and was sat immediately. Michael did a beautiful job!

Got my nails done on Monday and by Wednesday they were crumbling apart.
