Wonderful experience! Receptionist was so kind, welcoming and informative. And Kelly was nothing short of amazing. I came with a complex design and definitely challenged her and she rose to the occasion, she even consulted team members to ensure she was doing the best approach and that colors made sense. I've had a lot of bad manicures/acrylic full sets and I'm so pleased to say that Kelly was so tender and gentle with my hands but still got the job done well and in a speedy manner. She checked in with me constantly, helped me to feel less anxious about the nail file and everything and not to mention she was absolutely a joy to chat with. Thanks so much Kelly! Your pride and joy of craft is definitely a breath of fresh air. I'll see you in a few weeks for my next appointment!
