Lux Nails and Spa

I’ve been coming here for years and I usually leave content but I went in last week and decided to try builder gel. My nail technician was Kim and she told me it was only $50 compared to my usual gel mani that’s $40 so I decided to try it. It was the worse mistake. She was so distracted the whole time doing my nails, charged me $60 at the end and it’s been 3 days and two nails are completely ruined. On top of that they literally came out so ugly, thick, weird shaped and just embarrassing to show off. I’m sure builder gel is great but Kim absolutely ruined my nails and did a terrible job. I recommend Lena and Andy, they always do an amazing job! Pictures don’t really show how clumpy thick and ugly they are.

It was my first time coming to this salon to try Gel-X, and I got a French manicure. I love a very sharp square shape, and they nailed it — the shape is perfect. The French design was quick and flawless, exactly the style I like. After we finished, I asked the nail tech’s name — she’s called Shelly. Big thumbs-up for her! I’m sure I’ll be back to book with her again.

Amazing experience! Valerie and Tracy were absolutely wonderful. Even though they were about to close, they still welcomed us in because my little daughter was excited to get her nails done. They were incredibly kind, patient, and so sweet with her. The nail work was amazing—beautiful and done with great care. We left so happy and impressed by their kindness and professionalism. Truly made our day! Highly recommend this nail spa.

Had such a great experience with Andy! He’s super detail-oriented and makes sure every nail looks flawless. The shape, color, and finish came out better than I expected. The salon is really nice and welcoming too!

I recently started going here instead of the salon I have been visiting for the past 4 years. I have received exceptional service every time! Warmly greeted each time I arrive and friendly interactions with everyone who works there. The pedicure was exceptional both times. Both the spa pedicure and standard pedicure involved hot stones and an extensive massage. Lynn convinced me to try dip for the first time (I am a gel for life girl!) and I obliged. AMAZING! My hands were in bad shape before my manicure. She truly worked her magic and made them beautiful again! I am not one who leaves reviews often, but Lux Nails deserves the credit :)
