Customer Reviews
My experience was amazing! The staff were kind, friendly, and supportive of my indecisiveness. They offered some ideas and colors and the end result was ✨ beautiful ✨. I loved my nails and got a ton of compliments!! I did gel x. The colors and details are attached!! I highly recommend this place!! 100/10 💕
Really love coming here! They do great dip and gel manicures (ask for Olivia for art!), and I like the pedicures as well. If you’re going during rush hour be sure to call ahead to see if they have space.
This is my go to salon because they are so kind and good at what they do. I actually wasn’t happy with my gel but messed it up myself. When I went to fix it, I decided to get another gel manicure so I could start fresh. When Be realized I wasn’t happy with the gel they had done the previous week, she tried to comp my whole mani!!! I declined but WOW!!! What amazing customer service after spending an hour on me! Definitely sticking to them!
I have been getting my nails done at this salon since they first opened on West Portal. There was an opportunity for them to expand a little further down the street and they have not only kept up their excellent service and skill but are always improving it. It’s a very warm and friendly atmosphere too. Highly recommend them.
Olivia did my gel manicure 5 weeks ago, and it lasted about 4.5 weeks before the edges began to lift. When I told her that I’m very clumsy with my nails, she recommended an upgrade to builder gel (I believe the up-charge was roughly $8, which she was up front about before I made my decision). I agreed and could not be happier with the result. In my experience, most gel manicures peel well within the first two weeks. This was the longest lasting manicure I’ve ever received in my life. Olivia was so lovely and attentive, and I was very happy with my service. I was visiting from out of town, or else I would be a regular here. Highly recommend!
