Lux Nails

I stopped into this nail salon for the first time in for last minute event that I had. I am not pleased. The Customer Service from my nail tech was not good and she did a very poor job on my nails. This woman burned my skin and continue to put acrylic on and did very little about the pain it was causing me. The nail job was also very poor, but I’m even more irritated with the Customer Service. When I sat in front of her, she did not even have a polite greeting other than what are you getting. She kept talking on the phone doing the nails. Nothing friendly about her from the time I got in until the time I left. Just rude, unprofessional, lacked empathy, and definitely need to study her craft more. I would suggest working on this if you’re gonna work with the public. Never again will I retu

So I had my name done here on Saturday. I paid for stiletto, and gel polish. I get my nails done every three weeks like clockwork. I noticed that my nails were super thin. The tips can actually be bent a little.... which shouldn't happen because of the acrylic. Within 2 days my pol started to peel. I showed the picture of what I wanted. Which is the black and gold photo (but with green). As you can see what I got was not the same. Needless to say, my normal salon was booked which is why I went here, and I will not be back in the future

Staff greets you immediately upon arriving and makes you welcome. The workers are efficient with seat staffing and they do excellent work. I love my dipping polish manicure with square acrylics. My mom had the aroma pedicure and gel polish manicure. We are very pleased and will come back in 2 weeks for a fill in!

Best place in North Charleston to come to fulfill all of your spa needs. I've been coming here for 10 plus years and everytime I go to other places I regret it. So Luxurious is my home.
