Terrible experience I came here and got my nails done and when I should’ve needed a fill all of my nails came off ! including the gel she did on my toe The Manager said she was going to call me back earlier in the day never did so I went in she Got really defensive when I let her know this is unacceptable for me to be walking around looking like this after paying almost $200 my nails! My nails always last Two weeks and sometimes three until I need a fill-in this was completely ridiculous and I will never come here again! Waste of money

My 1st time here and Rose did an excellent job.. the staff were very nice and the salon was nice & clean. I got a basic manicure and a deluxe pedicure with gel nailpolish on both. Im very happy with the results and ill probably go back. The only reason i didnt give them 5 stars is because i thought its a little expensive, i paid $96. However i havent done my nails professionally in years so i dont know what the prices are like today! This could be average for all i know. And i didnt look around coz this place is less than 5 mins from my house so it was conveniant.

So this was my first time ever stepping foot in a nail salon about a week ago. I knew something wasn’t right with the shape and messy French and uneven lengths but I figured she’d file it off. This is after I spent an hour fixing them myself and they’re still lumpy and slightly embarrassing. No apex. She also got glue all over my hands and glued the tips on crooked on a few fingers. Not the worlds worst would happily pay 30 for these but 80 was wild for rushed service with some tude. I said hi when I walked in and was looked at like I had no pants on or something. My best friend said they thought it was press ons due to the amount of glue all over me. Will not be going back. I’m not the type to leave a bad review and have left her name out to not jeopardize her livelihood but just as a psa

I have been getting my nails done by Lan and Lana for over 6 years now and they never disappoint, very professional, their attention to detail is amazing and the nails last so long! I highly recommend them! 😊

I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. I paid $45 for a signature pedicure with no polish, and unfortunately, the service was far from acceptable. My nails were left crooked, over-filed, and even broken. When I asked her to keep them square she began clipping off the sides. On top of that, they weren’t smoothed out properly, making them look unfinished. I paid extra for callus removal, they are definitely not better than when I came in. The massage and diluted sugar scrub were just as bad. I expected much better for the price I paid. I wouldn’t recommend this salon based on my experience. It’s not cheap and it’s bad.
