I love this place! Everyone is so nice. They also respect an appointment time! I’ve been to so many other salons that will take my appointment, then take walk ins before me so the appointment means nothing. So I’m sitting there waiting, even though I made an appointment. But at Queen Lux, my appointment is honored every time! They are fast AND thoughtful. My entire life, I usually break dip, gel or acrylics in under a week. My nails NOW last easily 3 weeks. It’s uncanny. I also love their loyalty cards that I get $10 off at certain points or even a free service after so many appointments! Today, they handed out their specially made cuticle oil with lavender fragrance in a little gift bag for the holidays. Adorable! The environment is spotlessly clean, and the entire team is incredibly professional and welcoming. ​Specifically, I always book with Scott, and he consistently does an amazing job. His attention to detail is unmatched, and I appreciate how fast the service is—he’s incredibly efficient without ever sacrificing quality. I’ve been coming to this salon for a few months now, every time Scott has been incredible. He takes his time and does not rush through the process, which I appreciate. He pays close attention to detail and really tailors the experience to your personal needs. He is overall very kind and talented and always makes sure I’m 100% happy with the finished product.
