We visited on a Friday afternoon with my mom and my aunt, so it was the three of us, and there was no wait at all. We simply signed in and were able to get started right away. The Valentine’s special pedicure was our choice, and we loved every part of it, from the Lush products to the heated neck wrap and the steam and massage. After sharing our design ideas, our nail techs truly brought our visions to life and went beyond what we expected. They took their time and never rushed the process, which made the experience feel calm and relaxing. The drinks were tasty, the staff was welcoming and friendly, and the atmosphere felt clean and luxurious. We were genuinely happy and will definitely be back. It was also our first visit, and we received 10% off, which was a nice bonus.

I have been coming here for almost 3 years and I have always felt satisfied, they are friendly and I really enjoy the massage on my feet and the cocktails 🍹 I want to say that this last time I loved the work that miss Jessica did on my feet, They were cute.

My experience with this Nail Shop was amazing! My nail tech Natalie did an extraordinary job on my nails and was very kind through out the whole process. I would highly recommend this place and will be coming back!

I wish I could give this place more stars, but I'm really unhappy with the service. Went in for a pedicure. Waited almost 40 min. Then during my pedicure, she left to go do an eyebrow wax. The water turned cold. It was miserable. I didn't say anything, but because the whole thing took 2 HOURS, it messed up my day and I was late for a birthday party. I got 10% off for being a new customer, but honestly they should have given me a bigger discount for the fact that I was there for 2 hours and all I got was a pedicure. They were very friendly and apologetic, which i appreciate. But that should not have taken so long. I'm sticking with my regular nail salon (Nail Society at Potranco and 211). They're amazing.
