Luxe Nail Bar

Got my nails done here - instead of the cuticlle clipping being included in the price of a 60$ nail do I only got my nails done without the true prep . Service was nice - but price is not worth it to me !

Update: my nails are already lifting! Definitely won’t be back. 70$ for nails that barely last a week is crazy business! My nail tech did not change gloves between customers. She approached me to start my nails covered in glitter and dust from the previous customer (I told her I didn’t want glitter on my nails so she washed her hands with gloves on instead of just changing them.) She had a box of gloves on her cart right next to her. Seems to be an unsanitary practice and the board of cosmetology probably doesn’t approve of this practice! The building is nice. Very modern. However the service i received was not worth the 70$ I was charged! My nails are thick, and different lengths and lumpy And sore because the nail tech (angel) was terribly rough. Not a 70$ set of nails by any means!

I never used to be a nail girlie, but I got my nails done on a whim about eight months ago and I’ve kept coming back ever since because of my nail tech, Angel! 😇 Angel is kind, professional, and easy to talk to. She keeps her work super clean, and the quality of her work is consistent and durable. I can usually go about a month before needing a new set. If anything ever chips or gets messed up, Angel is quick to get you in to fix it without making a big deal. She genuinely cares and wants to ensure you are happy. I have sensitive skin and Angel has really helped me heal my nail beds and cuticles. She takes extra time and care to make sure the fit is comfortable and won’t cause me issues as my nails grow out. This place sucks. Litterally drove far from my home to just get some nails that looked bad I pulled my hand away half through and paid her 10$ and left. Never gonna go again. These are extremely hard to get off and I’m trying to as we speak hope I get a refund or better nails.

I got my nails done last Sunday bc I received a 10% discount for 1st time attendance. The gel nail polish on my toe came off (the middle of my big toe) in less than ONE day. I paid extra for what I thought was quality nail polish. The girl that did my feet didn’t take much time and missed steps too. The nail polish “design” on my fingers looks nothing like the pictures I showed the girl & I highly recommend you go elsewhere. They obviously lean hard on the environment and not the quality of their work. I wish I could give them negative - stars. Returning to my old nail salon ( Nail Boss ) to get them fixed on this Sunday. Plus they were more expensive even with the discount. I Feel completely ripped off!!!
