Luxe Nail Spa

I went to get a gel French tip manicure on my natural nails which was $35. It’s only been a week and my nails are already chipping and polish is coming off.. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO BACK.

Horrible Horrible Experience, I don’t even think they deserve one star. I asked for a full set today. I paid $55. To start my nails are a lot shorter than what I asked for. My skin is stuck to the nails underneath and hurt. Look at how crooked my middle and ring nails are, they are leaning towards the left. It looks like I have alien hands/nails. On top of this they now charge for not only shaping your nails and the color but the LENGTH of your nails too. I have never been to a nail salon that charges $10 more for length a little longer than mine. I’m not even talking an inch. This is usually where my husband and I come for Pedicures but I won’t even be back for that after the service and customer service I got today. I came for a pedicure, two gel toes (big toes) and a manicure. First, I was so disappointed I didn’t even get the manicure. An older woman did my toes, and they looked terrible. The actual scrubbing and massage that was good but the actual painting of my toes, it was like a 4 year old with a blindfold did them and my acrylic toe is crooked. And I was so patient and hopeful telling her hey can you get the paint off this or that. Can you shape this or that? My toe nail shapes are different on each toe. There is polish that still hasn’t come off my the actual skin of my toe. It was just such a disappointing experience. A friend or two said they went there and get the younger guy, husband or wife, ok, but if they are the only ones who know how to do anything why is she doing nails? I see other

I love visiting Luxe. I have a few people that will do my feet and nails. They do an awesome job. I love the atmosphere when I go in. They have always been very friendly. They are in a nice location. I have been visiting them for years.

Never disappointed when I go in to get a pedicure. I always ask for Tom and he is amazing and courteous. Christy is fantastic as well!!! She does brows and nails and from what I can tell, she is the GOAT !!💜💜
