Luxe Nail Spa

This was my first time back to luxe in a good few years and I won’t be back. My pedicure was good but my nails are awful. They didn’t push my cuticles back so it already looks like I need a fill in and it’s only been a week. Usually I can get my nails to last for a good 4-6 weeks. I wouldn’t recommend luxe to anyone.

I used to go to Luxe Nail Spa all the time, but over the years I noticed the quality declining. Recently, my husband gave me a gift card to Luxe, and unfortunately, this visit confirmed that I will not be returning. I was greeted pleasantly when I walked in, but the man who did my nails was rude, rough, and didn’t follow my inspiration photo at all. I’m not usually confrontational, but my pointer finger was insanely crooked, he said nothing to me the whole time, and he seemed short-tempered and in a bad mood. I tried to brush it off, but then my middle finger started lifting only after 3 day. Overall, it was a frustrating experience, and I will not be going back.

This nail salon is nicely designed with all the modern amenities. The staff is very friendly and professional. I always go away pleased with their work. I'm trying to grow my nails out so I love the dip nails with bubble gum color and chrome overlay...so beautiful and strong! I highly recommend giving them a try. Walk-ins are welcome...

My daughter, my mom, and I walked in on a Saturday afternoon without an appt. wanting mani pedi's. They were able to accommodate us right away, starting us with our pedicures. We were getting out nails done for my nephew's wedding the next Thursday night. We all got gel polish on our toes. On our hands, my daughter got acrylic with tips, I got acrylic over my own nails, my natural nails are very thin (I had removed the gel nail builder that I put on my nails myself, in which my nails had grown out nicely underneath, the night before.) My mom just had gel nail polish put on her nails, sorry no pictures of hers, because she has long strong nails. Nails won't stay in...$50 for gel nails color on child. Adult acrylic lifting after one day. Manager conveniently made us wait for 30 minutes plus put gel on. And I put on my translator and in Vietnamese, he was talking about the black people in the salon, and the money that he was getting from the blacks in the salon. Let's go!!
