Luxe Nails & Spa

First time coming to this salon i got a manicure nail dip. I felt welcomed not like other salons were they look at you and judge you by your looks but this was not the case here. I love my nails and the attention and massage at the end, I will be coming here next time. Thank you!

This place is wildly unprofessional and, based on what I’ve seen, this is a pattern, not a one-time issue. I paid for a full pedicure and did not receive the full service, yet I was still charged in full. I still left a tip. Instead of acting professionally, the man working there yelled at me and demanded a bigger tip. That alone was uncomfortable and completely inappropriate. When I questioned paying full price for an incomplete service, I was refused a refund and told I would receive a gift card instead. That was over two months ago. Since then, it’s been nothing but excuses and being given the runaround. No gift card. No refund. No resolution. What makes this worse is that this kind of treatment has also happened to multiple friends and family members of mine, with different employee

I had a very disappointing experience here. I paid for a pedicure that included a massage and a scrub, and I did not receive either service. There was no explanation or offer to make it right. What made the experience even worse was what happened at checkout. I tipped 19%, and the man who rang me up looked at the tip and said “only that for tip?” That comment was inappropriate, uncomfortable, and extremely unprofessional — especially considering the service I received was incomplete. Customers should never be made to feel embarrassed or pressured over tipping, especially when they didn’t receive what they paid for. They are so unorganized i went in looking to get a hard gel set an i had someone start my nails filing an clipping off my old set then all of a sudden he stopped working of my nails an moved on to a different client. So i was sitting there with no idea what was happening or if i was waiting for someone else to continue them. When a women finally pulled me to her station there was no conversation between her an myself an she kept answering personal phone calls during my service which is rude. Then as she was doing my nails they were a bit rough looking an uneven as well as very thick in areas and thin in others. When she started painting my nails she was in a rush an she did not completely cover the nail in polish. But when she was finished with my nails she started i guess what was suppose

This was my second time coming in to luxe nail salon and all the barre fitness instructors I work with at sea barre fitness recommended luxe :) It was truly so relaxing and you receive kind service from calling and when in person. This spa does not disappoint!! Will be back again
