Luxe Nails Spa

This is my first bad review but I seriously cried as soon as I got back in my car after my service. I usually love supporting mom and pop shops, they do the best work and I get to build a relationship with the person doing the service. I got a pedicure and a white tip full set. The pedicure was amazing. Love. 10/10 The nail set was horrible. Just a bad, BAD JOB. This was my first mom self care day in two years and I really wanted to enjoy it, but the lady who did my nails did not listen to anything I had to say. I try to be respectful and really trust the process, but every concern of mine was met with “wait till I finish”. First of all it was so dirty, second they took almost two hours doing my nails when I asked for a simple French tip, third they didn’t even do it right, all they did was put the tip on and then put a clear powder on top. Worst nail job ever done!!!

I LOVE this establishment! After trying multiple nail techs in the area when I moved here, Luxe Nails Spa was suggested by a friend, and I will never go anywhere else. The establishment is very clean, the entire staff is so nice and funny, and I love my nails and toes every time. The hot stone massage with the pedicure is EVERYTHING!! I also get my eyebrows threaded by V which is perfect every time! I literally look forward to my nail appointments just to hang out with Long and V, we laugh the entire time. I highly suggest giving them a try!!

I almost fell asleep during my pedi, because it felt SO good! They seem exceptionally clean, and my toes look amazing. They even used yoga blocks while they scrubbed my calluses, which I've never had before - it made it much easier and more relaxing. They are also very easy to communicate with. I will definitely come back!

Very untrustworthy!! I mistakenly sent a $400 zelle transfer to the owner named David instead of another David who was supposed to get the money. I called the owner David at least 10 times and left messages and never picks or respond to messages. I left countless messages to the staff so he can call me to reverse the transaction but of course he never did because he’s a thief. On top of that I’ve been a loyal customer and spent thousands of dollars over the last 5 years. I would not recommend dealing with such an untrustworthy owner and establishment if there was a 0 rating I would give it without hesitating. I’m surprised HEB would let such an untrustworthy business be their tenant.
