Luxia Nail Spa - Mount Pleasant

Not sure how this place has five stars. Maybe customers are impressed by the salon cleanliness and upscale appearance, as I was upon arrival. First off, the receptionist was more worried about her phone when I arrived then listening to me explain what I was there for. Then I was put with a technician I did not schedule with. I scheduled with Kimberly for my nails. I got Madison for my nails and Ty for my toes. I explained to the tech that I was trying somewhere new after being a loyal customer (and having sent many customers to) a different nail salon for three years, through three owners… but that they had been so rude lately I was quite literally appaulled by the behavior and lack of professionalism, so I wanted to try somewhere new. I cannot recommend Luxia enough! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and the atmosphere was so relaxing. ​I had my builder gel nails done by Ms Ty, and she did a phenomenal job. She was meticulous with the cuticle work and the shaping is absolute perfection. ​The salon is clean, the staff is friendly, and the prices are very reasonable for the quality of work. I’ve definitely found my new go-to spot!

Luxia Nails is a fantastic place! Everyone there is amazing and incredibly talented. Alex did my nails, and I absolutely love his work — he’s very detailed and precise. The salon itself is huge and beautiful, and the service is outstanding. I’ll definitely be going back!

Ms. Madison and Ms. Kimberly took very good care of me and was so detail-oriented and made me feel so comfortable. 2nd visit and they bodied the design I wanted for my good friend's wedding day. I had an amazing nail tech for more than 8 years and since moving over an hour away from her, ive had to try multiple nail salons in an attempt to find someone/ someplace remotely close. By close I mean a welcoming staff, friendly, not pretentious, and of course good quality work. Upon walking in to this nail salon, I was greeted immediately. All were interested in meeting my expectations for a gel pedicure and an acrylic full set with gel. Alex is incredible. Learning hes done nails for 8 years was impactful and it showed. His attention to detail was top notch. 👌 I am so relieved and happy to say ive finally found my go to nail salon. The location itself is convenient, so clean, and laid back.
