I won a signature facial with a black friday wheel spin, they did ask if I wanted any extra add ons - to be expected and not pushy. Day of, I had to push back my appt due to a change in circumstances. Very accommodating. As for the service, for reception, Mya is the best and for the facial, LaGina has had over 20 years of experience and knows the exact pressure and movements to relax and refresh. Not to mention her extensive knowledge that she freely shares and the product recommendations are perfect without being pushy. Luxira genuinely cares about their clients and is a welcoming space to take care of yourself.

The staff at Luxura are professional, qualified, and a breath of fresh air! Jodee is a consummate professional and Willow made me feel right at home. Super happy with the services.
