Five stars for Laurel and Tam!! I’ve had multiple facials and microneedling RF with Laurel. She has a firm but gentle touch and my skin feels amazing after every visit! Tam is incredibly kind and knows the ins and out of every service. She’s a strong customer service advocate and I truly appreciate all she’s doing for her clients!

The therapist Laurel is amazing. She explained everything I would experience and reviewed after-care. She is through, precise and listens to the customers needs. She is knowledgeable about the treatments and I will be going to her moving forward.

Tam & Theo have held my hand and my heart through thick and thin!♡♡ Helping me to feel seen and cared for throughout this process!:) When I'm confused or frustrated with my progress... they are patient, kind and ready to offer their vast knowledge and expertise to help me see how far I have actually come and what I could do to help further myself in other ways, beyond the clinic! The result is a well-rounded care that goes beyond a price tag!♡

I would highly not recommend using their services. They do not sanitize their laundry between clients, I know that because I have maintained their laundry on several occasions. Their laundry is washed with regular hypoallergenic detergent and that’s it, in a cold water, quick wash cycle. They also do not tip their service providers, so I wouldn’t feel obligated to leave them a tip after your service either. Also, their air vents are caked with dust, and so are the rocks in the entryway upstairs- who wants to go to a dirty spa to relax? 🤢

Came in on opening day and got the most refreshing and relaxing facial from Madison. My skin looks and feels amazing. I highly recommend coming and checking out this new med spa. The space is so luxe and high end and the whole staff is so friendly and accommodating. Will definitely be back. Edit: an overall positive experience turned not-so-great when a "free" consultation with their dermatologist turned into an incredibly pushy sales pitch to try to get me to buy $20,000+ of skincare...seriously?! Sir. The rest of my plans for today involve going to shop the old Navy clearance section.
