Imagine being a loyal customer at a salon for a year and your favorite nail tech is booked so you say hey I’m going to book the owner of the nail salon. You show up excited but it goes down hill from there. She showed up late & hungry. You say I want something simple, classy, and short. I see the shape is squared and I never wear square nails so I show her a picture of coffin nails what I want. She proceeds to tell me that I’m not doing all that work you should have said that in the beginning I’m like but your shaping my hand now. No go wash your hands. So your not going to do what I want. Then you get charged 96$ for something you didn’t ask for didn’t want. Not to mention the fact that it took 4hrs. customers service is about the customer!😡🤬😤

Exactly what I was looking for! I love having gel polish, but don’t want to pay like $50 a month for a simple color. Just wanted to find someplace that would do gel polish for a decent price, nothing fancy. They do gel polish for $12! I’ll definitely be coming back!

I went because I was told they had African American nail techs who were great at doing nails. My nail tech was terrible. She used the drill on my real nails and filed them way too thin. Was perplexed when I told her that I could still see through the nail polish and it needed another coat. Told me that some colors aren’t opaque enough and basically wanted me to deal with it. Then had the audacity to up charge for it cuz it required three coats instead of two. She files my nails after she is finished and takes the paint off the sides of the nails because she doesn’t use the right kind of nail filer. I wouldn’t waste my time here. Omg, where do I begin? The WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! DO NOT GO HERE! Unless you want to be over charged by nail techs who I believe aren’t licensed! Reason being when I was there I didn’t see any credentials posted for either nail tech! The nail tech I had was Lou Wap! She was the worst! I was very disappointed in her work, attitude, and my overall experience! Upon approaching the shop one nail tech said $55 freestyles get your nails done however you like! She then pointed me to a book that had not one style for $55! Secondly I proceeded to get a basic pedi without gel! Then I chose to get a full set! She initially told me my pedicure was $40 even though the board said $30! Then she said my nails would be $62. After she was finish with everything which was exactly 3 hours later she proceede

I've been having a hard time in these typical nail salons. I'm sure everybody know what I mean. Nothing but bad experience. Rude behavior nobody wants to do like you ask, but my experience here. Was the best experience? I've had since putting on nails was invented. Thank you so much for your. Beautiful customer service and your professional beautiful work that you do. Let's support black-owned businesses when they do professional courteous customer service and treat us right.
