Yesterday, it was my first time going there. I felt welcomed. My wait time was less than 5 mins. The nail tech Tracy did amazing job with my nails, she was so nice & took her time. My service wasn't rushed at all. Finally found a nail salon that took their time & have excellent customer service. Definitely will come back in 2-3 weeks🥰

Victoria did my nails and did two different shades on of pink on my hands and toes AFTER asking me do I want the same color for my hands. Didn’t offer to fix it. I also asked for dip powder and she did acrylics……I will never be back here thanks to her.

I recently visited the luxury beauty nails salon at Montgomery Mall, hoping to enjoy a relaxing spa pedicure. Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. I specifically requested a spa service that promised "more massage time," but the pedi felt rushed and lacking in care. The technician seemed hurried, and I had to ask her to be gentler with my feet on two occasions, as her technique was quite rough. For me, a pedicure is a treat meant for relaxation, and this experience fell short of that expectation. It's a shame because I had high hopes for my visit. The color and nail work did save the day but I likely won’t be returning.

I wanted to do something nice for my significant other but this was not it. First, when I paid up front she up charged for a salt scrub that my partner didn't order. Then no one helped her put her shoes on, so she messed up her polish and needed it fixed. And then she didn't tell her that I had already included a 20% tip so she gave and extra $20 for bad service. One and done. Maybe they learn not to cheat people and they'd get my repeat business. Far from luxury service!

Got my nails done here for the first time yesterday. I didn’t realize it at the time but the manicurist actually cut me THREE times. I’ve gotten dip manicures at another salon and these have let my nails feeling weird and off to the point that I may have to go someplace else (cause ain’t no way I’ll go back to someone who CUT ME) and pay to have these removed. Now I’m on infection watch and hoping they really do sterilize their equipment 🙃
