Really liked this store until the manager did not want to honor my 10% discount as a licensed stylist. I spent $600 in the last 2 weeks on products and this was the first time I had an issue with my discount. I’ve also referred customers who came in with me and spent hundreds of dollars. He said the phone numbers didn’t match and he never wanted to correct the situation. He would rather lose a valuable customer than honor a small discount. I’ve taken my business where I am appreciated and prices are a lot cheaper too!
