I am in love! When I tell ya’ll these are the most beautiful braids I have ever had! I am never going anywhere else! First off she fit me in for an appointment right away even though she was fully booked! She was surprisingly quick with getting my hair done and it still came out as neat as possible! She also magically covered my bald spots! I am so pleased! Her work is unbelievable I am so so so grateful I found this braider. Will return! The photos doesn't even do her work justice!

Jane is awesome! She’s a beautiful lady inside and out. I got my hair washed, blowed dry, and braided into knotless smedium #30. Everything from start to finish was perfect! She’s a great conversationist and an excellent braider.

hair stylist (Jane)didn’t blow dry my hair properly leaving kinky twist as the result. They tried to tell me it was the product they used….. Didn’t offer any recourse and just tried to pass it off like it was done fine… told me to ask them to not use the product next time and show them a picture of how it’s been done every single time I’ve visited prior… didn’t know I had to specify to have the service (cleanse, condition and BLOW DRY) done properly so my hair would turn out nice. Not sure what product would cause a difference in the 2 photos Edit: the salon reached out to me after I posted this review to apologize and offered to fix my hair no charge. While I appreciate the apology and I initially was going to accept this offer. I ultimately chose not to for the following reasons 1. T
