I really wanted to like this place, but the vibe is completely off. The biggest issue starts the moment you walk in; there is absolutely no greeting or acknowledgment from the staff. I stood by the door for several minutes while the barbers looked right at me and then looked away without saying a word.It feels like you’re an inconvenience to them rather than a paying customer. The barbers act incredibly dismissive, barely offering a "hello" even when you finally get into the chair. It’s a shame because a haircut should be a relaxing experience, but here it just feels cold and unprofessional.If you value basic customer service and a welcoming environment, there are much better shops in the area. I'd recommend checking out some of the higher-rated spots nearby where the staff actually seems

Dave the barber hooked me up. What a pro! I've paid the same amount to a local barber and been in and out in less than 15 minutes. For a very competitive rate, I got... - my hair cut --- I've never had a barber use so many clipper attachments and be so meticulous - My beard shaped and trimmed --- so tight and sharp I called him an artist when he turned the chair so I could admire his work - a steam treatment AND a hot towel that included a face massage Outstanding, just... Outstanding! I will be back.

Booked an appointment online, they declined it once I arrived. Waited 10 minutes and no one said nothing to me until I got up and left and they tried to have me return. Absolutely not. 0 stars if I could leave it.
