Luxury Nail Bar Jantzen Beach

I went in to get a chipped nail fixed the day after I got my gel nails and one of the nail techs (super short hair, always rude) grabbed her face and said “UGH OH NO” because she didn’t want to fix my chipped nail less than 24 hours after I paid. Another tech who was nice enough fixed it. Each day following my nails have continued chipping so badly, the worst manicure I’ve ever gotten. I pay more for the gel so they won’t chip. I didn’t want to go back to ask to fix them again after the first nail chipping because of how rudely I was treated. I’ve also been laughed at because I don’t like the drill making me bleed or when she pulls my skin out of my cuticles, it’s very painful. She’s a bully and the reason I won’t go back.. This was going to be my go to nail place. My first visit with Tracy was great. The shops so clean, and they are very sweet. The pedicure was amazing. Then I went the other night, and these were my results. I made an appt for 5:45 work Tracy, and the pedicure was heaven. The nails burned under the dryer multiple times for the shellac, and I felt bad she stayed late so tipped quite well. I know the photos AI, and she told me to come back if the matte fades, then told me after gloss would have been better. I will not be returning.

The ladies did such a great job and were so fun and welcoming! Ada did my nails and was so precise and detail oriented. I showed her what I wanted and she went above and beyond. Ada also makes a bomb Thai Iced Tea, highly recommend, will return for sure.

Got The Spa pedicure as a male who doesn’t require much just needed a little touchup keeping the skin nice and smooth exfoliating with a sea salt scrub. The ladies, that work there took their time were very professional. The service was top-tier feet and toes were nice clean and callous free.

Love this place. I got my nails done a week ago. No breaking and they still look great. They also ask if we want extra drinks.
