The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Danny is the man, he is so good with my pedicure and he massages very well. Jenny does my nails and I have started using the builder gel! I will never go back to acrylic. She’s sweet and does a great job!! They know me by my name “Swan” and that makes a difference to me!

I always come here when I visit. I got a pedicure and manicure. They did a great job on my nails. The two staff members that worked on me had a gentle touch. I’m happy with the service.

Gave a simple plan for design, and gave creative control to my tech. They are amazing!!!!

this was my second experience at luxury nails. the first time i went, the lady did a great job. the second time i went, a young male did them & i was not so satisfied. i didn’t want to seem rude and tell him directly that i was not satisfied so i waited until the next day to come in and talk to someone different. i asked them if they could possibly redo them since they were so thick and uneven and they seemed very upset & told me to leave and come back a different day. they were all talking in their language together and seemed very mad & didn’t try to help me get a refund or even simply redo them for me. i paid $65 for this set. i will not be going back. & no they didn’t tell me i could get a different nail tech to redo them. they told me it would have to be him since he messed them up. i

They are always polite, understanding, and take extreme care in making sure I am pleased with the services provided. And of course, they always do an amazing job!
