Luxury Nails

It was my first visit, and unfortunately, I do not plan to return. The technician who did my pedicure provided a fair service; however, my manicure/dip experience was disappointing. The technician focused more on discussing charges and tip ($$) than on the quality of the service. There was no proper nail prep—no cuticle care, just removal of the old dip and immediate application of the new one. The final result was not what I requested, both in color and design-(Compare photos). What was most disappointing was that I was never asked if I was satisfied with the outcome. Customer satisfaction did not appear to be a priority. Given the level of service, the cost was high and felt unjustified. My sister and I made somewhat last minute plans to get our nails done for her birthday. Luxury Nails made an appointment with us the morning of so we appreciated that they were able to get us in that day. Sadly that’s where the good luck seemed to end. When we came in we were rushed to pick colors and sit down which wasn’t a big deal but we both left very disappointed with our nails. My sister asked for gel and received acrylic without the tech mentioning it or asking her. She showed a picture of very rounded oval nails and I asked for almond shape and we both left with pointy, crooked messes. My nail polish was rushed, sloppy and not even fully opaque in some spots. I Use to go here every two weeks to see Ken he did absolutely amazing work. I stopped coming here back in April of last year when I went to get a fill someone else did my nails they were so bulky and mis shaped and chipped I went back to get them fixed and I got the same results. I ended up taking my set off and didn’t come back here for 11 months. I went in yesterday to try and give them another shot. I had the same guy that botched up my nails last time and I was a little weary on it but decided to try again and give him a second chance knowing the first time he was new. Well I’m just going to say this I’m never going back here again unless I sit in Ken’s chair and he does them. My man wasted a good chunk of money yesterday…

I came here a few days ago, my experience wasn’t the best. The man who did my nails was very rushed. The nails themselves were okay? The bows on my thumbs and ring finger were pretty uneven. Also they didn’t push my cuticles so these might not last that long. Also. The some of the nails aren’t covering the whole natural nail only with nail polish.

I am deductibg a because it took 2.5 hours to get a manicure and pedicure. Had they wrapped my nails first, it would have been much less time. Ok job overall
