Customer Reviews
I’ve only had acrylic nails a few times. Not sure how they are typically removed but today I had a set removed. Soooo Painful!! She shoved a nail in between my nail and the acrylic and ripped it off!! I told her how painful it was and asked if that’s how they are typically removed. She told me to be “stronger”. Each nail was ripped off and I informed her of the pain each time, she ignored my displeasure. Remnants of the prior gel polish was left on and this was the worst manicure I’ve ever had there. Please let me know how 3 week old acrylics are usually removed, cause that was so painful 😣
I went on the spare of the moment!! I was able to get a mani she did a beautiful job! I can’t remember her name. I all ask for something simple and beautiful and it was done! I will definitely be back and definitely will look for same person!
I usually would give this establishment a 5 star review however, I had the worst experience ever today! The older man that did my fill did a shotty job, which he rushed through in 30 minutes, they aren't properly shaped, two nails don't go all the way to the back of the nail bed, he cut two of my fingers and didn't put top coat on the whole nail... I won't be going back there! Update!! I went back this morning to see the Manager, he had a worse attitude than the guy yesterday, said that standard polish is inferior and this would be the last time I was allowed standard polish in his salon (I'm allergic to gel). Even worse, he treated me like a child! Once he put a clear coat on, he put my hands flat on the station and told me to stay still until the polish was dry... I recommend against
I’m not one really to leave reviews but I feel like I have to. My mom, sister, and I went to this place and we walked in and it smelled different. My sister got an acrylic set and her acrylic doesn’t even go to the edges of her nails. If you don’t focus on the nails they don’t look terrible but looking closer they look bad. The guy who also did my sister’s nails was just rude. My mother and I got pedicures. And nothing looked sanitary, their electronic buffers had gunk all over them. All of the other tools they used were not in packaging, so you have no clue of what they used were sanitized or not. All in all you pay for what you get. Definitely there are better places to go in your area.
Andy did my set this morning and I absolutely love them! We had good conversation and he took his time even though they were getting busy. A+ customer service and I will definitely keep coming back
