Luxury Nails

went to this place for a filling an get my daughter a manicure an gel polish I was very upset the way I was treated.The filling was not all way filled in the right way an when she removed the previous color she was rushing that it still left the color on nail in some spots like in the picture previous color was black an Diamonds. An when I told her I wanted diamonds on certain nails she was kind of hesitant like it was to much work! Not mention I seen people go in an out she was working on me an stopped to work on others which I didn’t mind but when it came to paint the color I wanted she said “YOU PAY BEFORE I PAINT” as If I wasn’t going to pay she never asked any of the other lady’s to pay before her service so it kind of was like stereotyping us!! An when I handed her 100 bill she said

I initially asked for a full set ombré was told they could not do it. Then I asked if they could do any other designs and was basically told they couldn’t really do it the pedicure service felt rushed as if I wasn’t a paying customer wouldn’t recommend

Horrible. She talked on phone entire time while doing my nails. My daughter getting married this weekend and 2 hours after gel nails applied alrwady chipping. Terrible shape way too thin. She was in too much a hurry to make $55 then didn’t take her time to give me what I paid for. Then there polish on my cuticles and none on edges of tips most fingers. Awful do not recommend at all

I was hoping for a relaxing spa day with my mom but as soon as we walked in they were barking orders at where to sit and to find a color. The guy doing my nails was doing 3 people at once so it felt very rushed and I was not happy with the results. He also wasn't very kind to me when I told him I wanted thin nails and he said it wasn't possible. I never leave reviews but I left feeling unhappy with lumpy nails 😥😥

I never do reviews. But I do not want anyone to make the same mistake I did. Would have given a 0 but that was not an option. Went in for a polish change. Was charged $28 it was very poorly done. I’m sure she knew because she tried to give me a $5 off coupon for my next appointment.uh no ma’am I won’t be back. I had to go to another shop for a another polish change. I would not recommend this nail shop to my worst enemy. They charge luxury prices for poorly done work. Please save your self the time and money and go some place else.
