Luxury Nails

I went to get a pedicure on 8/16/25. I have gotten plenty of pedicures but never in plain water. They charged me 5 dollars to take off the gel polish. Then wanted to charge me an extra 5 dollars to scrub my feet. They put lotion on my legs but not on my feet. Pedicure took 15 minutes. Customer service was horrible. Never again and me feet looked horrible

The shop itself was lovely-nicely furnished great atmosphere.This was my first time in here but I was very excited. I needed a fill-in and a pedicure both gel, however about 20 minutes into my service I inquired about the price list at my tech’s station and I must have offended her because from that point on she began SNATCHING the light box around risking damaging my freshly gelled nails, she was EXTREMELY rough in my feet and charged me extra for scrubbing my feet!!! While I MIGHT consider returning on another occasion I would NOT recommend “Anne” to anyone. I paid for my service without incident-but I’m sure she can’t FATHOM why she didn’t get a tip…

I forgot to ask her name but she did so well! I went in for a fill, she fixed some of my acrylic nails that were separating from my natural nails, she didn’t hurt or nick me like most other places I’ve been to, and she was so focused on her work! Not to mention she picked out the perfect color for me! The salon looked clean and everyone was professional and kind and she checked in on me during my manicure to make sure the length was good, the shape was good and make sure I’m okay. (: This just may be my new go-to salon.

I usually don’t leave reviews but I felt like this needed to be done. We went in there hoping for professional service. Me and my friend asked for the same style toenails and right off they got hateful and rude. We asked for one thing but they completely did another. Honestly not worth the money in my opinion. My friends pedicure was also very rushed.

This is my "go to" place. 9/10 I never have to make an appt. They always fit me in! And I always leave happy and super relaxed. Atmosphere is 10/10! Would recommend if you're looking for a regular place to go biweekly or just treating yourself. Picture is what I got this go around :)
