Luxury Nails Spa at the Forum

One star only because the place is aesthetically pleasing. In my 38 years of life never left a review like this I am so upset, I traveled to GA to spend time with my bestie and wanted to elevate the quality time with getting our nails done. We picked her neighborhood spa luxury nail spa I had the most horrible experience my nails were drilled down to paper thin and are in pain and the gel polish I don’t know if it’s the quality or the work is lifting and peeling ONLY 2 days after and paying $70+ I am so disappointed at the dishonest work of business now day I no longer want to get my nails done spending hard earned money to get terrible service. First & last time going. Does not live up to its name. I was nearby so I decided to try a new place instead of Infinite Nail Creations my usual nail shop & that was a mistake. I checked the reviews & saw they have 3 out 5 stars so I was hesitant but i wasnt going to make it to the other shop in time & thought it’d live up to its name. I walk in an hour before closing & there was 1 maybe 2 customers. They hand me a book with two pages of colors so they don’t seem to have a lot of colors luckily I only wanted a simple color mani & pedi. I asked if she could remove the acrylic from my toes. I've been here twice and my experience wasn't the same either time. The first time the first time I had a male nail tech whose tool case was an Altoid box. Not a professional nail tech but I know that wasn't sanitary. The second time was a much better experience (with Natalie) and she was much better and more professional. The prices here are a bit high but I noticed the second time here they've added a free drink to the customer.

we made a reservation for 1 o’clock. They sat us and it took us 45 minutes to get a stylist and then the stylus rushed it and she chipped my nail and didn’t redo it and then I gave her a design that I wanted and she did a complete opposite of it. all the nails are different shapes and sizes and they are looking like they’re already about to fall off there was also hair in the SNS powder

I’ve been going here for over 10 years! Been through the owners changing and staff departures. Truly the most consistent service, competitive pricing and pleasant experience. Now offering adult beverages for extra relaxation and a wide variety of services. My favorites are Andy and Mia, make an appointment, you won’t be disappointed! Victor is the manager and the nicest guy. If there’s ever anything they can do better, just say it, they truly listen. Give it a try, you will be back soon!
